Dosbarth Glas

Welcome to Dosbarth Glas

Mrs Power         Mrs Dunn            Mrs Jones          Miss Friel

Mrs Dunn teaches on Mondays and Wednesdays. Mrs Power teaches on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Spellings are sent out once a week on a Thursday and should be learnt by the following Thursday morning. Each week the children will get a sticker on our spelling chart if they get all of them correct. At the end of the term whoever has the most stickers will win a prize!

If your child struggles with the spellings just let us know and we can help them in school.

We will endeavour to hear your child read twice a week in school. Please can you support us in improving your child's reading and understanding of the text by listening to your child read at least once a week at home then discussing what has been read. Please record in their reading records.

So that children can have access to water throughout the day please send in a water bottle.

During morning play the children are allowed to bring in a healthy snack to eat(e.g. fruit, raisins, cereal bar).

PE is on a Thursday with Mrs Power. Please make sure your child has trainers in school on this day.

Please check your child's bag for letters or notes home.
